Ja zwykle na początku nie zwracam uwagi na słowa, bardziej liczy się dla mnie muzyka, ale gdy po jakimś czasie zastanawiam się co dokładnie on śpiewa, większość utworów dużo na tym zyskuje.

Nie będę oryginalna. Urzekło mnie "Station To Station" oraz "Heroes". Natomiast "Rock and Roll Suicide" niszczy system. Niesamowicie podnosi na duchu, uwielbiam ten utwór. Jestem pewna, że nigdy mi się nie znudzi Wink

A ja uwielbiam słowa "The Width of a Circle", w ogóle mam na punkcie tej piosenki jakieś zboczenie. Muszę też wspomnieć o "Life on Mars?" - coś pięknego.

Zwłaszcza początek:

Właśnie takie powinny być piosenki o miłości. Nie tylko o miłości "chłopaka i jego dziewczyny", ale także np. o nieprzemijającym uczuciu matki do zmarłego syna. A refren jest po prostu...prawdziwy Razz

"Kooks"

Ten utwór jest po prostu zabawny. Jak do tej pory jest to najśmieszniejszy utwór Bowie'go, który znam. Stał się tym bardziej śmieszny gdy dowiedziałem się, że jest skierowany do nowo narodzonego syna.

Niedawno odkryłem mały smaczek w tym utworze(dopiero po około 20 odsłuchaniu O_o). Nie wiem czy jest on wystarczająco interesujący by o nim pisać, ale to forum fanów Bowie'go, więc trzeba pisać o wszystkim co może umknąć uwadze, a się to zauważy Wink

Otóż gdy Bowie wymienia rzeczy, które kupił nowo narodzonemu dziecku:
